- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into individual jars or one airtight container. Seal the jars or container with a lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Add additional toppings if desired—more fresh strawberries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of chia seeds would be divine!
