- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 tablespoons brewed coffee, cooled

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir until everything is well combined and forms a silky batter.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 30 minutes. Then, turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat together the softened butter and powdered sugar. Gradually add in the brewed coffee and vanilla extract, mixing until you achieve a smooth, buttery frosting.
- Once the chocolate loaf cake is completely cool, spread the coffee frosting generously on top.
- Slice into generous pieces and share this luxurious loaf cake with your loved ones.
