- 1 bunch Asparagus (trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 1 cup Bell Pepper (sliced (any color))
- 1 cup Carrots (sliced)
- 1 cup Zucchini (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (for sautéing)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all vegetables by trimming, slicing, and cutting them as indicated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add asparagus, bell pepper, carrots, and zucchini to the skillet.
- Sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
