- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz simple syrup
- Granulated sugar, for garnish
- Lemon twists, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the glasses by wetting the rims with a lemon slice and dipping them into granulated sugar.
- Make the simple syrup by simmering 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water until dissolved; cool before use.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of fresh lemon juice and 2 oz of simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled, then strain into the prepared glasses.
- Garnish each drink with a twist of lemon before serving.
