Description

A refreshing lemonade cocktail perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • Granulated sugar, for garnish
  • Lemon twists, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glasses by wetting the rims with a lemon slice and dipping them into granulated sugar.
  2. Make the simple syrup by simmering 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water until dissolved; cool before use.
  3. In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of fresh lemon juice and 2 oz of simple syrup.
  4. Shake well until chilled, then strain into the prepared glasses.
  5. Garnish each drink with a twist of lemon before serving.
