Ingredients

- 1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 bottle of chilled prosecco
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Peel and chop the ripe mango into small pieces.
- In a mixing glass, combine the chopped mango and fresh lemon juice; mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a mocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture evenly into four chilled glasses.
- Top each glass with chilled prosecco and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
